Re: Access note and *.txt files

2013-02-21 Thread Woody Anna Dresner
Hi,

I had this problem as well with some files. It turns out they were saved in Mac
Latin something-or-other. When I saved my text files as UTF8, they were
readable on the phone. So experiment with text encodings.

Best,
Anna

Subject: Access note and *.txt files

Hello:

I found that when I sink with Dropbox and Access Note, The files I put in
the "AFB_AccessNote" folder are seen by access note, but when I open them on
my iPhone, they appear blank.

If I look at the files on my PC, they have content. Also, the test note I
created on the iPhone can be read by the PC.

Anyone have any ideas how I can solve this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Access note and *.txt files

2013-02-21 Thread Jon Pierson
Hi,
I'm having good luck with the Access Note app linked through dropbox.
For example I update a recipe folder inside the app's DB folder and it reads
and updates fine in both directions.
I wonder if an update to Dropbox could be the problem.

Jon
