From within the Access note app, it only sees files in one dropbox
folder, and that can be found in Apps / AFB_Note.

If the file is not in that folder, then you can go into the dropbox
app, maneuver to the file you want to see, double tap on the file,
then use the share button to open in access note.

 Hope this helps.

  Hello Richard,

Do not worry about it. You were just honestly trying to help out. We all
make mistakes.
It is true, Access Note is now free in the app store, but ever since ios 8,
all of the reports are that it is no longer accessible. I do not know if this
is a ios bug, or a bug with Access Note. Since there has not been any updates
since November 2013, my fear is that once Access Note went free, that meant
that AFB will no longer be updating the app. Therefore, if it is a bug in
Access Note, then it will never be fixed. I do not know if I will get a
response, but I do plan on writing Access Note support to let them know of the
problems, plus to see if they plan on updating the app to work with ios 8.

I have been looking and trying out different apps to replace Access Note, now
one that does let you access any folder in your dropbox is Nebulous. Now there
is a small cost for this app, but it does have all of the same features as
Access Note plus a few more, plus, it is totally accessible with voiceover.
For a free choice that is voiceover accessible is Plain Text. Now when you
first set up dropbox to sync with this app, it will ask you if you want it to
access all folders or just its own folder. There is an in app purchase to get
rid of ads and support the developers, but the ads are not in the way at all,
so it is a personal preference.
Since I am still checking out both of these apps, I do not know everything
about them yet, but I know there are other list members that use both of these
apps. And of coarse, you can find both of them in the app store.

  Chris

It is true, Access Note is now free in the app store, but ever since ios 8,
all of the reports are that it is no longer accessible. I do not know if
this is a ios bug, or a bug with Access Note. Since there has not been any
updates since November 2013, my fear is that once Access Note went free, that
meant that AFB will no longer be updating the app. Therefore, if it is a bug
in Access Note, then it will never be fixed. I do not know if I will get a
response, but I do plan on writing Access Note support to let them know of
the problems, plus to see if they plan on updating the app to work with ios 8.

I have been looking and trying out different apps to replace Access Note, now
one that does let you access any folder in your dropbox is Nebulous. Now
there is a small costfor this app, but it does have all of the same
features as Access Note plus a few more, plus, it is totally accessible with
 voiceover.
For a free choice that is voiceover accessible is Plain Text. Now when you
first set up dropbox to sync with this app, it will ask you if you want it to
access all folders or just its own folder. There is an in app purchase to
get rid of ads and support the developers, but the ads are not in the way at
all, so it is a personal preference.
Since I am still checking out both of these apps, I do not know everything
about them yet, but I know there are other list members that use both of
these apps. And of coarse, you can find both of them in the app store.

Hello Bill,
Access Note automatically list the files that are in the access note dropbox
folder. Of coarse, in order for Access Note to access your dropbox, be sure to
go into the settings of Access Note and sign in.
Now, Access Note does not automatically update the files in dropbox, in order
to do this, you have to double tap the sync button on the main screen. As long
as you do this, any changes you make will be done in dropbox.

I hope this helps,
