Re: Adding Bookmarks Using Safari in iOS 7

2014-01-23 Thread David Chittenden
Basically, Apple changed the name of the button from utilities to share. All of
the features that were under the utilities button are now under the share
button.

Re: Adding Bookmarks Using Safari in iOS 7

2014-01-23 Thread Teresa Cochran
This process has always been a little cumbersome. In previous versions of IoS,
the Utilities button had to be pressed first. The bookmarks button was and is
for viewing bookmarks, not for adding them.

Adding Bookmarks Using Safari in iOS 7

2014-01-23 Thread Craig Werner
Hello, everyone.

It appears that if one wants to add a web page to bookmarks in iOS 7
that the "share" button must be pressed first. Is there another way?
The logic of starting this process with "share" eludes me. It's true
that a user may sometimes create a bookmark to share with someone
else, but bookmarks sometimes only exist for the benefit of the user
who adds them.

Craig
