The other issue I have with them is durability. I have broken a few of them,
and I am good about taking care of my gear. What I can say is that their
customer service is wonderful, and they have always replaced a unit when
requested.

I use the wired model for blindsquare gps and absolutely love it. It doesn’t
sound too good for music but I didn’t buy it for that. If I have to replace
the set, I will consider the Bluetooth model because the wired connection gets
bad after awhile.

Am considering this bluetooth headset and wondering how others like it. I have
heard pros and cons on it, and the reviews did say some people had problems.
I’d rather have a headset than an earpiece, though am considering the
Plantronix voyager edge as well. thanks for any thoughts.
