Update on alternative recording apps
Hello everyone, this is Chris here. Just an update. Thank you so much for all your suggestions. I took a closer look at Audio Share Audio Document Manager, and it looks pretty good! But lol! When I first tried it, I thought the record external input button meant that; record from an external input device like a microphone. In other words, I thought the app couldn't record from the built in one. Turns out it can! So because of that, I deleted it the first go round since I thought it would not be useful. Anyway, it's a definite keeper this time round! I also like the normalize feature! How cool is that! Thank you so much once again, and I highly recommend you check this out! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. Alternative recording apps?
Hello everyone, this is Chris here. Please can you suggest alternative recording apps? What I am looking for is an app that behaves similar to Dropvox, except the ability to record without an internet connection would just be fantastic. Also, please only try to suggest apps that do not force VoiceOver to go through the earpiece like Dropvox doesn't. I'm asking this as I was going to do my third part of my series on MBraille tonight, but had to let you all down due to stormy weather we have in the Uk, which temporarily took my broadband offline for a few hours. This is also why I would like apps to not force VoiceOver to go through the earpiece? After all, how can I demonstrate apps for the iPhone if that was to happen? I can't! Any responses greatly appreciated. Thanks! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. Post a new message to VIPhone by emailing viphone@googlegroups.com.
