In the meantime I have a "work around" for the problems with Amazon 4.5.0; I 
was fortunate enough to have Amazon.4.4.2.ipa in my iTunes folders so I 
deleted the Amazon (4.5.0) from my iPhone 6 and synced my apps via iTunes 
and have recovered a very usable versio of the Amazon app.


A word of caution though; if you delete the 4.5.0 version from your iPhone 
be sure you have your e-mail/password info because you will be asked to 
re-enter that.

I sent a feedback note to them about the VoiceOver access with the latest 
update, and even though it says they do not reply, I received an Email from 
the iOS product manager letting me know the engineers are aware of the 
problem and hope to have a fix out next week.
