Liz,
I responded to your question yesterday. Being that you have updated the
game, honestly, I haven't a clue. This problem happens to me a LOT, as well.
Have you tried swiping to get back to the association in which you were
trying to enter your answer? I have found that on occasion, the answer field
has opened and is ready for me to enter my answer. I have also found that
closing the game and reopening it helps. Neither of these tips are a tried
and true answer, they only work sometimes.
The problem I'm having is that when I tap on an association, the field to
enter my answer doesn't open, no matter how many time I tap. The game
sometimes sends me to a different association which I have already solved
the answer to.
It's sad that such a fun game that has had several updates in the past week
still doesn't have all the bugs out of it yet.
I wish I had something more to offer. If you happen to figure out how to
solve the problem please pass along the answer.

I am on the crazy level of I Associate 2. I am finding that at times when
I tap on an association to type in the word that it goes to the hint
button. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, how do you deal with it
