Yes, adding "by Apple Music" works, but I never used to have to do this. I have just tried asking for various artists and tracks and they all play via Apple Music as expected. I am subscribed to Apple Music and am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max here in the UK. I keep meaning to look into this because it's an utterly stupid thing for Siri to tell me I have to continue in Audible especially since Siri (or Audible) to my knowledge doesn't even support any Siri commands, i.e. it's not like I can tell siri to play a particular book in my Audible library, skip forward or rewind and so on.
