I've used audible quite successfully with two different blue tooth headsets. Since the only significant change was the firmware update, the issue sounds like it is in the plantronics. Have you tried forgeting the plantronics in the blue tooth settings and then pairing it again? If that doesn't help, it sounds like time to contact Plantronics. No issues here with bluetooth although I don't have a Voyager Legend.
