HI Wil, Thank you! That did the trick. I'm still not sure whether this app makes it any easier to play my music since I really didn't have any trouble using the native music app on the phone and I'm wondering if in fact it makes it more difficult with having to always turn voiceover off and back on. It was free though so that is the time to try these things out without incurring any additional cost.
