Oops@ I forgot to notify all of you, but Apple Accessibility was their usual stellar self! Apparently, I had to delete my credit card, then reinstall it again and everything worked like a charm. There are two places where credit card information is entered, wallet for apple pay, and itunes and app store for those two. And, I think I remember that yes, you have to delete and reinstall the information, rather than just being able to edit it.
