Yes, 9.99 gets you the whole product with all the features. The regular
price is $19.99, so this is half the regular price.
To get the UPC scanning only, get Digit-Eyes Lite and scan a UPC code and
you'll be given a chance to purchase that feature only and the price is
$4.99.
