Yes, here is my filter for viphone.  Doesn't work, the emails still wind up
in my inbox when I download them via Outlook, Mac Mail and on my iPhone  via
imap.

Matches: from:(viphone@googlegroups.com)
Do this: Skip Inbox, Apply label [Gmail]/lists new

Are you using 2 separate filters to do this, one for viphone and one for
MacAccessibility?

I use 2 separate filters to accomplish something similar and each filter
assigns the same label, also with skip inbox checked.
