I did a reset one time on my old phone - would avoid that like the plague - 
would rather have Contacts on Page Three and Face Time at the top of Page two 
than do a complete reset.

Garrett there said, when it highlighted Face Time on top of
Page to just swipe right to highlight Contacts; it did
remove highlight from Facetime, and we have it on Page two
now. YEA!!!
