Re: How to delete apps that are in your purchased and ...

2013-01-28 Thread Robin Frost
Hi,
I could be wrong but it is my understanding via discussions with apple
accessibility that the ability to hide purchased apps via the app store on I
Devices disappeared with the arrival of iOS 6. Supposedly it is still possible
to hide purchases via your purchase history via Itunes on a computer but again
according to Apple Accessibility access to this with screen readers is
currently broken. Some have mentioned to me that it is still possible for them
to have achieved the hiding of previously purchased apps so if there’s a way
that still does work I’m sure the folks at Apple would love to hear about it as
well for their official stance as of this morning is that it is currently not a
process that is accessible.

I've seen purchases listed two way, a short list with title and install
button, or a more thorough list with title, author, link to details, price
maybe and a hide button. The Hide button is the key here to save keep
having to look at them.

How to delete apps that are in your purchased and did not work?
When you go into the app store and reinstall an app, how can you delete apps
that did not work or you don't want any longer

I think you have to use your receipt and in there, there is a report a problem
link. This is how you get your money back.

I hope this is what you were looking for.

Not exactly but good information. I want to know how to take the name out of
the list for all the apps you have downloaded. I downloaded Fleksy again
because of bizarre behavior and it was a very long list to go through to find
Fleksy. By the way, downloading again made no difference. Still with the same
problem since I updated it. Have contacted support I hope, and hope there will
be a fix soon. Bizarre is the word for it. If it cannot be fixed, it will be a
forgotten app by me at least.

Finding previously purchased apps, was: How to delete apps that are in your purchased and ...

2013-01-27 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Reggie,

You don't have to go through the list of purchased apps to find one you want
to reinstall. Just use the regular Search tab to the left of the Update tab
at the bottom right of the task bar. Then you would simply search for Fleksy
and since your phone knows you already purchased it, you can simply
reinstall it.

Once you double tap on Fleksy in the search result there will be an Install
button and for apps you had already purchased before it doesn't even ask for
your iTunes password.

What issues do you have with Fleksy? Write to me directly if you already
explained this, my email is siegh...@live.ca.
