Re: I'm having a real problem updating apps on my iPhone
you're doing this over wifi? At 09:09 AM 7/4/2015, you wrote: Hi, I have an iPhone 5c running ios 8.4 On Wednesday I noticed I had 4 app updates. I chose to update them all and waited. My phone after each app kept saying connecting. This happened without any change over a day or so. Then I closed the app store and reopened and then I saw cancil update after each update but no percentage was given. I then thought maybe I was running low on memory so deleted a bunch of apps and tried again but still the same things are happening. I have rebooted the phone several times with no difference. A friend also suggested updating the apps manually choosing the largest one first but I tried that last night and this morning it said it was still connecting. Thanks in advance if you can help. Re: I'm having a real problem updating apps on my iPhone
Hello; I am having the same problem with my iPhone for S. I had to take it to the Apple store. They did a complete reset of the phone, removing all data from the phone and restoring it. Now it seems to be working OK. I hope this helps.
