Re: Iphone 13 Pro 120hz Display

2021-09-21 Thread Tejvir C
Hi Sieghard,

Mostly I tend to change my IPhone in 3 to 4 years. Hence, I feel that
the only novel feature is the 120 hz display in the 13 series.

Yes, the battery is better in the IPhone 13, but in India I do not
think its worth the price increase even if I consider the upgraded
chip and cameras.

With Warm Regards,
Tejvir.

2021-09-21 Thread Rajiv Shah
The other point that I think many non-sighted users may be missing is that the
faster refresh rate of 120 HZ will help with swiping. From Android devices with
this rate, trust me it makes a difference with screen responsiveness when you
swipe.

Best,

It’s been suggested, and remains to be seen, that the new display’s ability to
ramp down it’s refresh rate could potentially be of great benefit in terms of
battery life for those who make use of screen curtain much of the time.

RE: Iphone 13 Pro 120hz Display

2021-09-21 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
I don't think it is, but given the deals which are being offered I would
strongly consider the regular iPhone 13 as it has a faster chip, better battery
life, a better camera and it will be updated longer. Of course if you tend to
get a new phone every 2-3 or even 4 years you could buy an iPhone 12 since it
will definitely get software updates for another 4 and most likely 5 years.

Iphone 13 Pro 120hz Display

2021-09-21 Thread Tejvir C
Hello All,

I am looking to purchase a new IPhone for myself.

I am curious whether the 120hz refresh rate on the IPhone 13 Pro will
be advantageous for a VI in any way and whether it is worth shelling
out the extra amount.

If not I'll like to go for the 12 series since it seems that there is
hardly any difference between the last year and this year's models.

Your suggestions will be appreciated.

With Regards,
Tejvir.
