I can get the one at the top of the list to start so, I look at the title,
go to the search field, type it in and press search and then double tap it.
Long way round but, gotta find some way to use the silly thing. *smile*

Hi Bill,

When I first ran this version, a notice said you have to double-tap to start an 
episode playing. When VoiceOver is running, this means you have to triple-tap. 
And while the app isn't scrolling correctly with Vo running at the moment, you 
can search for a title to put it on the main screen and then triple-tap it.

Hi.
I can't even get the app to accept a double tap to start a movie or TV episode 
from the home screen.  I must be doing something wrong.

The only way I have gotten Netflicks to behave after the first page is to
turn vo off, flick the screen up, turn vo on and read the links on that
page.  If you just keep swiping to the right, vo doesn't follow the cursor,
it follows the screen so the movie stays at the last one on the beginning
page.

Hello anna,
Thanks, I guess the movie I am interested in, The Descendants must not be 
available for rent, as I didn't see that option. Earlier in the year, I 
rented another movie, The Help. When I checked, there doesnt' seem to be an 
option to rent that one either. As for Netflicks, I've discovered that if I 
move more slowly through the bbchoices, the VO responds much better and 
tends to stay focused on my selection.

I just checked, and iTunes still offers some movies for rent. As for Netflix, I 
think there must be focus issues, where Netflix isn't scrolling along with 
VoiceOver, so when we tap, we're not tapping in the right place. Time to 
contact Netflix, I think.

On another subject, has iTunes discontinued the option to rent movies?

Hello, I updated to the newest version as well. If you wait for a min, after 
opening the app, and then double tap on the show/movie that you want to watch 
it will work. I only had this issue the first time I opened the app.
