Hi, I also had issues with delivery times the 2 times I've used instacart, and
I also had rating issues, here is the deal with that, if you try sliding your
finger up and down then go back swiping to your left it will say things like
good then go and slide again and it will either say bad or very good or
excellent depending on which way you slide. It’s a pain but doable. I hope
this update fixed the issues.

I haven't yet run into the problem with selecting a delivery time, but who
knows; an update just came out. However, I had a problem rating the delivery I
had last week. That part of the app used to be accessible, too. But last week,
I couldn't get the picker to speak the number of stars. Whatever rating I gave
it made the support people write back to me to find out what went wrong, so I
explained. We'll see what the most recent update fixes or breaks.
