Guys the swishing sound you guys are hearing is a feature for sighted
people.  When you touch the home key if you ever so gently touch it twice
without pressing it you will hear the swoosh sound.  What that actually does
is it moves the top half of the screen to the bottom so that people don't
have to stretch there fingers to get to the top half of the screen.  Don't
worry about it, it does nothing for blind users accept to give us a nice
sound effect.

Thank you for saying that.  It works well if you have the phone in your hand 
and are using your thumb on the same hand to do things.  There is no way you 
can reach the top of the screen unless you use that feature.  It's actually 
pretty neat.

same when Voiceover is on and makes it easier to reach icons at the top
