Re: Bard Mobile App crashes when doing a search

There was an update to Bard Mobile yesterday that was suppose to fix the search 
bug. Did the update not fix the bug? I suggest when writing to report bugs, 
make a screen recording of the problem. A video speaks a 1,000 words. A 
description only presents a small picture of what is actually occurring.

regular basis and requesting that be fixed.

I have also searched my wish list with the bard mobile app with no
issues.  I strongly encourage anyone who has this issue to report it
to nlsdownl...@loc.gov.  If this issue isn't reported, the longer it
will take to fix.  The more people who report this issue, the quicker
it will be addressed.

I think the issue may be more with the latest version of the BARD
Mobile app, where you can do a search from your wish list, the
recently added books list, or the popular books list, among others in
the Get Books tab. When I try to do a search from one of these places,
the app crashes every time. However, I have gone to the BARD Website
from the Get Books tab and successfully done several searches. And no,
I have not reported the issue.

I too have this issue.  It does work on my very old iPhone 6 but  I’ve tried 
uninstalling and reinstalling , rebooting my phone and noting works.  My IPhone 
I’m using now is an SE

Since I have downloaded the new version of the BARD Mobile App and when I go to 
search on the BARD Website it crashes. Has anyone had this issue and what have 
you done to solve this issue?
