Re: Braille Display Entry Laggy In ios8
Hi, teresa, Even with automatic braille translation on, pressing dots 4-5-chord can help get the braille caught up with you. This is particularly true when you type text and can't press Enter until text entry has caught up. I hope that's of some help. Re: Braille Display Entry Laggy In ios8
Hi Teresa. I can write quite fast, but I see the problem, things are looking a little strange for me too. I do not have a solution. I like the fact that you can read contracted braille and write uncontracted if you like, but there are bugs, and I do not know how to get them corrected as soon as possible. Best regards Annie. Re: Braille Display Entry Laggy In ios8
Thanks, Anna, that is helpful indeed. I'll give it a try. I like both modes for different reasons, so I'll play around and see which I like better. I used to like the ability to review an expanded word to see how it would come out in print before pressing space, but this is a little more problematic now. Re: Braille Display Entry Laggy In ios8
Hello, I think I just hijacked a thread with this same question. I don't think braille is the same here. My Focus 40 lags, won't enter characters and sometimes freezes in IOS 8 with my iphone 5. Also, there are times I can't use my enter or backspace Sharonda Sent from my mobile device; please excuse all mistakes On Sep 21, 2014, at 12:17 PM, Teresa Cochran batsfly...@me.com wrote: Hi, guys, I am aware that there are issues with Braille, but I just want to double-check to be sure I'm not missing a method to make things more efficient.
