The cored+4,5,6 only works if you have not edited/changed the order of the apps.
After a reboot, it works fine.
But Harry, you first said dots 4,5,6,7 I think you meant, space+4,5,6, right?
Anyway, it works for me in 14.2 until I have moved an app, then I have to 
reboot to get it to work as expected again.
This has been reported to Apple multiple times.

Yes, this is a bug. For now, if you use dot 4 chord once, then type dots 4,5,6 
Chord, you should move to the end of a list.

On the home screen on my iPhone SE 2020 running iOS 14.2 the Braille command 
dots 4567 simply produces a quick sound but no movement to focus, whereas.123 
at the lose focus to the first item on the home screen. In side other apps the 
456 and command still works properly but I cannot get it to work on the home 
screen. Is this a bug?
