It is the IPad Mini #3. I am not totally certain, however, I believe the KNFB Reader will work with it. You could contact KNFB Reader support to verify this. Hi, You can install and run it on an iPad Mini, as my partner and I did at work. However, if I remember correctly, when we tried it out, we discovered that there's no tilt guidance, and no flash available for the Mini's camera.
