Hello, I've been using the eBay app pretty regularly for over six months. I have found, that you get more choices/brand/color/sizes if you double tap on the categories button, then select the categories you want. It is true that the eBay app is a bit more tedious to get through now. I had contacted them last year after one of their updates made it really hard to use with VO. I was fortunate to reach a rep who actually took interest in my feedback having to do with Voiceover accessibility and he said that he would pass my concerns to the app team for whatever that was worth. He also told me that I could write to the following email address to provide more feedback.: reso...@ebay.com When I sent an email to this address again expressing my concerns with the less accessible app, I did indeed receive a response acknowledging my email. Whether that had any influence in future improvements to the app which I did notice, I have no clue. I again contacted eBay at the beginning of this month, but my experience wasn't as fruitful. I ended up speaking to someone who thought I was calling about a payment issue no matter how many times I tried explaining my reason for calling. I went ahead and emailed to the same address provided above, but this time, the response I received had nothing to do with my inquiry and was instead provided a detailed accounting of my eBay account and the reassurance that my account was indeed in good standing. Anyway, there's not much information within the eBay app itself having to do with accessibility, but I guess the more people who reach out to eBay via telephone or at the email address above, there may be more of an opportunity to reach someone or a department that will take notice and hopefully make the app easier to use with VO again.
