RE: Editing iTunes Music Information In the Get Info Dialog Box
Just tab to the next field and again use route Jaws to PC and a left mouse click. When you are done tab to OK and activate it. So, if, after changing the Song Title, say I then want to change the Artist. How do I get from the first field edited to another? And, then, of course, make sure the changes are saved as edited in iTunes. Thanks, Keith From: viphone@googlegroups.com <mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com> [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Sieghard Weitzel Sent: Wednesday, February 11, 2015 11:33 PM To: viphone@googlegroups.com <mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com> Subject: Editing iTunes Music Information In the Get Info Dialog Box I described how to do this a few times when iTunes 12 first came out. Here are the basic steps, I assume you are already in the “Get Info” screen: 1. Tab to the Details button and activate by pressing the spacebar. Nothing obvious happens, but it is necessary to do this. 2. Tab a bunch of times until you get back to the Details button and past all the other buttons and until you are, for example, on the Song Name or artist field. Song name is first, and you will hear “Song name, read only”, then if you tab again you hear what is in the song name field and it also is announced as read only. 3. In order to get into this field where you can edit it, you have to route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and then do a left mouse click. This will put you into the edit field at the end of whatever is in the field. You can backspace to erase it, use home to go to the beginning of the field and read with say word or letter by letter and so on.
