I don't recall having that exact problem, but I am so pleased that the IOS app now enables me to know the specific types of reactions (love, sad, care, etc.) I have been waiting for months, and have reported this multiple times to FB without any reply, so had all but given up. It was a wonderful surprise earlier this week when I found reactions identified once again. By default, if you’re on Facebook app, shake your phone and report a problem option is there. If it doesn’t pop up, what you want to do is go to menu help a report an issue there.
