So does anyone have any ideas?
Also, do you know if its possible to create playlists via the amazon

Ok, thanks in advance for the help.

2020-06-21 Thread Barbara Stahl
Well, I usually double tap the playlists tab, then double tap the purchased
playlist find the song I want then either play it or add it to one of my
playlists.
The other day the app kept deselecting the playlists tab and I never did get it
to do what I wanted it to do.
I wanted to play my newest songs that I had purchased a couple of days ago, but
I never got there. Instead it started playing some much older songs and I ran
out of time before I got to the ones I wanted. It was extremely frustrating.
What do you do to access songs in the app?
I usually don't use elexa.

Barbara, Not sure if this will help. I use the echo dot II and can tell alexa
to create a playlist, add songs to the list, etc. I have found that I have to
be listening to the song I want to add. While listening I say /alexa, add to
name of playlist. Hope that helps.

Hi Barbara,

I really don’t know what to say. I had no problem today adding some songs to a
playlist, but for the life of me, I can’t find the search function. The app
seems a little buggy really. What have you done to try to find a song? Did you
ask Alexa on the app? I would love to help!
