Richard, can't you use first letter navigation in that list? It's been a while 
since I tried to use iTunes file sharing, but I never could get it to work for 
backing up my library to my computer like you were supposed to be able to do 
before the days of iCloud Sync. That's never worked well for me, either. 
Anyhow, it may be worth a shot to try and use first letter navigation to at 
least get to the apps that begin with V and then start arrowing down from there 
if necessary. I hope that works--it might save you some time! :)

   Thanks, That is like I did it before.  In this case, I bypass going 
through the apps option.


I would use dropbox but for the fact I transfer several files at once around 
3gb in size.  That would take a while to transfer them into dropbox and then 
import them into voice dream reader.

or iOS apps, you can drag and drop the media from your computer to your

device using iTunes.
1.Connect your device to your computer.
2.Open iTunes. Make sure that you have the latest version.
3.On your computer, find the item you want to add to your device. If

looking for Apps, Tones, or Books (for Windows) that previously appeared 
in

your iTunes library, you can find them in your iTunes media folder.
4.Drag the item from your computer to your iOS device in the left sidebar
