RE: IOS15&native mail app: alerting me to fetches no longer works
Same here, Gera. I even sent one to myself from the computer, another address that I don't have on my phone, so sent to the phone. I checked later. The email is there, but I got no notification signal that an email came. Now, I wonder if that will happen with text messages too? -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Gerardo Corripio Sent: Tuesday, September 21, 2021 1:33 PM To: iPhone List Subject: IOS15&native mail app: alerting me to fetches no longer works Since updating to iOS15 this morning, with the native Email app, no longer notifies me when Emails are fetched, or when I receive Emails; in previous versions of iOS it did this with no problem! I went into the notifications from Settings and things look alright from there. Afterwards I went into Mail from Settings, Fetch and everything seems to be there alright too! What I missing? It feels so weird without te Email alerts from time to time! Thanks for any tips, or is this an iOS15 bug?
