HI,
I have, and like, the Cosori Air Fryer 5.8 quart.
The app is accessible with VoiceOver, but I mainly use it via Alexa.  It 
connects to your Wi-Fi, and you can set up either Google Assistant or Amazon 
Alexa.
My sighted wife helped with the setup, so I don’t honestly recall if the 
initial connecting to the network needed her to press a button on the front.  
The buttons are just a touch screen, though you can put a tactile dot on a few; 
but they are multi-layered menu things, so it is far easier; even for my wife, 
to just say something like: “Alexa, set the air fryer at 350 degrees for 10 
minutes.”
I came across a Brown Sugar and herb rubbed recipe for Turkey, which I cut in 
half for a 5’ish pound chicken.
This model just has one basket that is about 9 by 9 by about 3.7 inches deep, 
so you don’t’ want to cook anything that would be thicker than that.
A whole 5 pound chicken fits nicely.
It takes one hour at 320 degrees and you have to turn it once half way through. 
 I let my wife do the turning, but with proper protective gloves, I could do 
it, but why; when she is willing to, 

We’ve cook lots of frozen items from Trader Joe’s and even fresh salmon the 
other day and it all comes out erfect.

Roasting vegetables in it works great too.

It takes up about a 12 by 15 spot on the counter and is about a foot tall I 
think.  I would have to go and get the exact measurements.  The cleanup is a 
breeze.

The problem is, is that the old app is no longer out there to be downloaded. 
I am stuck on an old version of IOS because of that.  When I get my new 
phone, that one will of course be updated.

Iphone 6 and probably 5S out there on eBay. I just had a quick look and an 
iPhone 6 which can't run iOS 14 any more often goes for less than $100 
Canadian, about $80 USD. If somebody is that attached to their InstantPot 
Bluetooth and uses it all the time spending that might just be the way to go

And for those who can't get a phone from Doug there are plenty of used Iphone 6 
and probably 5S out there on eBay. I just had a quick look and an iPhone 6 
which can't run iOS 14 any more often goes for less than $100 Canadian, about 
$80 USD. If somebody is that attached to their InstantPot Bluetooth and uses it 
all the time spending that might just be the way to go and as I said, I only 
looked at the iPhone 6, you can probably get an iPhone 5S for even less and it 
really makes little difference if the battery is no good any more since you 
could just plug it in when you need it.

I don't know if the Instant Pot Duo is still being sold.  This does not have 
any connectivity to mobile devices, but once you learn what the buttons are, it 
is useable by a blind person.  I have one, and can use it without issues.  Of 
course, it doesn't have all of the nice things that you would get if it 
connected to your phone.

Every single model today seems to have been on sale, but of course for the 
bluetooth one. The wife and I were out and about running erronds today and came 
across the 8 quart model for something crazy like $85. 

I got mine for $80, but that was with some price matching and point redemption.

If you can score a discounted Amazon, BestBuy, Target, etc gitf card or maybe 
redeem some points whatever rewards program you may belong to for the same, 
then this could be a way to off-set some of the cost. 

I think the cheapest I’ve ever come across it was at $125 or so. That was when 
I jumped on it and used some BestBuy points to bring it down further.

Our luck, the bluetooth version is the most expensive one.
