I have never had the need to use it, but I have often heard about Fresh
Books, you can check it out at www.FreshBooks.com. I know they have
sponsored Windows Weekly with Leo Laport and they have also an app. This is,
of course, not entirely free as far as I know.
If you do a google search for "Invoicing services" you get a bunch of
results.

I need one where you can enter several fields of information:
Client name

Department
Billing Code
Amount of time
Description of work
Amount to charge
and then show a total for the month.
