At the moment, I've got the Irish female Siri voice as my voice over voice, and the Irish Male voice as my Siri voice. Open VoiceOver, Speech settings. Open the default voice which is the first item on that screen. Select Siri, and see if you do not find that Siri voice. I have Siri female 4 set as my default VoiceOver voice, so I know at least that one works.
