Yes, that makes sense. I had set horn for hers so I could hear them. Finally, it dawned on me, I kept seeing Muted on hers. Go figure. Supplement easy, fix, so find the conversation that you have going on with her in messages, then flick down or up until you hear, unmute conversation and then double tap.
