Hi Terri, You definitely want to ignore and dlete these emails asking you to change your Wallmart password. One of my employees has also been getting these even though we are in Canada where the website is Walmart.ca and not wallmart.com. They are attempts to get people to click on the links, you'll be directed to some website that may look like Wallmart but which is not, then you enter your user name and password or change your password and at that point you have shared your login credentials with whoever is behind the scam and they can now login and place orders. Never click on anything unless you know you have just deliverately requested an email reset from some company, but then you do that and the email for it usually arrives in seconds; anything you receive without asking for it goes into the Trash. The same applies to unsolicited phone calls especially those where some guy claims he is from Microsoft and that they have identified a threat to your computer and you have to give them access to your computer right now so they can fix it. I always wonder how naive people can be to fall for stuff like that, but I guess often older people or people who just have no interest in learning about technology do fall for it often enough.
