I will answer in context where I can.

So if so how is the audio on it and how long does the battery last so far?

The audio is excellent. I used it on and off all day Saturday partly doing
final setup etc. and I did not need to charge it until that night.

The same on Sunday and I spent several hours reading with Voice Dream Reader;
but of course the phone was locked during the reading so very little battery
used.

But I'd say I used it for over 6 hours actively and plugged it in at almost 10
PM when it was at 20%.

I mean it is know iPhone 11 or 11 pro but is it just as fast as those phones?

Yes, it has the exact same chip, the A13.

Also does this have stereo speakers as well?

Yes, very nice sounding, clear, stereo. The left track is at the home button
end. I tested last evening with Norwegian Wood by the Beatles which starts
with only music in the right track. Holding it landscaped, the stereo was very
clear. I've decided I like the audio quality better than on the 8 plus; but
sound is extremely subjective so take that with a grain of salt.

And is the battery in this phone as big as the one in the 10 XR or does it last
longer then the one in the 10 XR?

I have no idea since I never had an XR. You could look up the specs on each
and see.

And I think that this new phone has A home button as well so does it use touch
ID like the 7 and the sixes used to and even the eights?

Yes, and I find the touch ID much faster, but that could be the difference in
the A13 chip.

Also if you use the camera for things like reading bard codes with seeing AI or
for voice dream scanner how well does it work for that as well?

It works great!

Richard

2020-04-27 Thread Alan Lemly
Hi Kitty,

The main difference between the old regular mechanical home button and the
electronic haptic one is you could get touch feedback on the mechanical one as
you pressed it and could feel its actual movement. Be aware that the haptic
electronic button does nothing when your device isn't powered on. You do get
some feedback with the haptic button when the device is powered and you can
control this feedback somewhat in its settings.

You will appreciate the difference best after you experience it.

Asunto: RE: the new iPhone SE 2020

I will answer in context where I can.

So if so how is the audio on it and how long does the battery last so far?

The audio is excellent. I used it on and off all day Saturday partly doing
final setup etc. and I did not need to charge it until that night.

The same on Sunday and I spent several hours reading with Voice Dream Reader;
but of course the phone was locked during the reading so very little battery

Richard

2020-04-27 Thread Gerardo Corripio
Also is the Home Button mechanical like on the SE, 6S etc., or like on the 7 and 8? Thanks for all your experiences! I’d like for my next phone to be the SE2020! But here in Mexico they’re selling it for usd$443, whereas the 8 with myplan, they’re wanting usd$354, when it should be the other way around!
