Go into Notification settings, double tap on show previews. Change that to never. You can still have sounds on for each app, but no text should be included in the notification after that. When you receive a notification, instead of the notification making itself disappear, it remains onscreen, until you discard it via flick up. I thought it would be fixed on iOS13.4, but still not!
