If you do the two finger double tap and hold on the photo or video you want to name, and wait for the sounds, an edit box will come up. Enter the title you want. Flick right a couple of times to the save or OK button and double tap. The name will stick so long as that phone/video is on your phone. Hi you can tap on the edit field and re name the photo that way but I am not shure if those tytles stay or not.
