Re: Skype on iOS7
don't worry about it. your reply was actually part of the discussion and his was completely unhelpful. who cares why someone wants to be logged in on more than one device. they were just asking if anyone else had experienced the same issue, not for a commentary on how many devices they should be logged in on. some people have nothing better to do. RE: Skype on iOS7
Hi Zane, I just tried this, I logged into my Skype account on the PC and then opened Skype on my iPhone 4S. I don't seem to experience the issue you describe. I don't have a lot more time before going to work, but I have been logged in to both for about 5 minutes now and made calls with both the PC and the iPhone without a problem. Have you updated to the latest Skype which came out yesterday? They mention accessibility improvements among other things although I have not really noticed any. They also mentioned DialPad improvements and I was a bit hopeful that maybe one could now touch type numbers, but no such luck, it's still double or split tap only. Anyhow, nothing seems to be not working as far as I can tell so it's safe to upgrade. I think maybe if you hadn't upgraded yet that maybe your issue had to do with some small incompatibility of Skype and iOS 7 although they don't specifically menion iOS 7 in the What's new. Here is the complete list: What's New in Version 4.12 . Join group voice calls from your iPhone. . Voice and video call quality improvements. . Accessibility improvements. . Dial pad improvements. . Get help by accessing FAQs from the app. Regards, Sieghard -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. I was simply responding to the topic at hand, what's wrong with that? And, as it stands on this particular incident, I happened to be correct. So, now that he has responded further when he responded to my reply, perhaps he can get more help with the issue at hand. The real question is, if you do not want this to continue on list, why are you replying to it further? I do not see it as an argument, simply a reply from my perspective.
