Which phone?
And, have you made sure all the other apps are closed out of the app switcher
and rebooted the phone?

I have the most recent update and it works fine.

Hi Richard:

I would say it is not so busy, four or five appointments a day. What is
interesting in couple of months ago this was never an issue, it started to
happen with more recent app updates. It can take some time up to three to four
minutes before I am able to use the app, in fact, I can’t even exit it, so my
phone is frozen for this time. I reported the issue to the Outlook app team,
they suggested resetting the account, and if that doesn’t work to delete and
recreate the account but that did not fix it.

Cheers,

Well, I don't use it often, but I had not noticed that.
I just opened it, and it worked immediately.
Do you have an extremely busy calendar that might take a while to load?

Re: Using he calendar in the Outlook app

2020-05-09 Thread Richard Turner

I just opened it, and it worked immediately.
Do you have an extremely busy calendar that might take a while to load?

Hi all:

If you use the Outlook app for an Exchange email account, have you noticed that
in the last few updates of the app, each time you go to the calendar the app
freezes for a very long time before Voiceover become usable again?

Thanks
