Re: Watch OS 3.0 - Viration time!

2016-09-23 Thread christopher hallsworth
That’s because the original Apple Watch uses an older processor than the Series
2 or even the updated Series 1. In watchOS 3, however, you shouldn’t feel
delays all too much. This is thanks to the new dock feature where apps run in
the background and, in some cases, update information in realtime. I also
noticed general performance improvements when using watchOS 3 with VoiceOver.

Does the series to Apple Watch is much responsive then the series 1 Apple Watch?
I mean in the first Apple Watch there is a delay in VoiceOver
wen we flik on screen or when you open the app there was a delay if you
flick fast you can feel the delay, but I wanted to know is this the same case
in the series to watch?
I went to the Apple Store but in demmo watchs you cant turn on voiceover

vibrating after the second or third tap, but very responsive. I was very
impressed with the new Apple Watch and have a feeling that I am going to get
one in the next couple of months. I am a bit undecided between the Sport or
Stainless version. I like the weight of the Sport since I did find the
stainless version felt quite heavy, but don't like the fact it doesn't have

between the starting price of the Sport which starts at $489 for the 38mm model

want the 42mm which in stainless starts here at $779 and then of course I like

I was just in Vancouver and stopped by an Apple Store to check out the Apple

Thanks Christopher. You're right. It sometimes takes a second or two for the

Figured it out. There is a specific rhythm of doing the taps. Don’t double or

Hello,

If you triple tap you will only get the minutes of the time, double tap you
will get the full time.

I hope this helps,

 Hello all,
The best new feature in Watch OS 3.0 is the "Vibration time".
This is not the official name.
With Voice Over on and the screen locked, tap twice on the watch.
It buz like a morse signal.
 Teh code is very simple:
 long vibrations stand for 10 unit;
short vibrations stand for 1 unit.
 Examples:
 12.05 (1 logng, 2 shorts, pause, 5 shorts)
 23.59 (2 longs, 3 shorts, pause 5 longs, 9 shorts)

For me it's a very beatiful mode, useful when it is not so polite to
 speech the time.

 Regards.

Got it. Thanks for that. I was just missing it all around. I appreciate your
help. This is definitely going to be useful for me especially in meetings and
such. The Tisot Silent touch was nice, but this I think trumps that. Thanks
again, this along with new IOS voices that I missed in the initial update have
made my day, technically speaking. Take care guys and talk to you soon.

With Voice Over on and the screen locked, tap twice on the watch.
It buz like a morse signal.
Teh code is very simple:
long vibrations stand for 10 unit;
short vibrations stand for 1 unit.
Examples:
12.05 (1 logng, 2 shorts, pause, 5 shorts)
23.59 (2 longs, 3 shorts, pause 5 longs, 9 shorts)

For me it's a very beatiful mode, useful when it is not so polite to speech
the time.

Regards.
Claudio
