I think they’re close to the same. The good thing of this, however, is you don’t have to find your phone to see where you’re at. :-) I always had to get the phone, to see where I was in the fit bit activities. This way, you just tap on the watch, and depending on which watch face you have a phone you can either check it there, or go up to activities and see where you’re at. As well as checking your heart rate, your weather, and whatever else you’re needing at the time. Hi Yes, absolutely, they're accessible. I have an Apple watch series 3, and use it daily, for activity tracking, among other things.
