Hello, No, but first change the password going to ifogot.apple.com; After that, you will have to connect the device to the PC and restore the device with the Apple ID and password. It sounds like this person forgot their passcode to unlock their iPhone. Getting them into their Apple ID might help but will this help them unlock their iPhone even if they forgot their passcode???
