Re: muting an iphone
I know there are some bluetooth headsets out there that have a mute microphone function. I'm pretty sure the LG HBS Tone headsets can do this. if you are on a call, and you are in the main call windo, and not contacts or something. you should be able to swipe, and find the mute button. RE: muting an iphone
Just to clarify, using the mute switch on the iPhone does not mute a conference call. The mute switch is only for muting notifications, the phone ringing, etc., but it does not mute the actually phone on a call. -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of englishride...@gmail.com Sent: Monday, August 29, 2016 2:05 PM To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: muting an iphone I'm just curious. Re: muting an iphone
I don't believe there is another way of muting the mic itself then to pressing the button on the screen. I normally have headphones on so if I use my phone while being in a call, the other person on the call will not hear VoiceOver, only I hear it. Hope this helps!
