Hi, MiniKeepass is one I highly recommend but it's got a lot of features. If
you want something very simple for passwords, Strip or Strip Lite will also
work. If you do a search on the list archive for messages from me and the
keywords strip and minikeepass then you will find the message I wrote
several months ago about this topic. Both of these are excellent programs.
If you need the links to the programs let me know and I'll get those for
you. If you can't find my message from the list archives I will also find
it.

Thanks much.

RE: password apps

2013-05-13 Thread Alan Lemly
Sandy, I like KeePass for keeping my passwords on the computer and the
companion Mini KeePass app for keeping them on the iPhone. Although there is
no automatic sync between the two, managing the process manually either
through iTunes or Dropbox is not difficult. When searching for KeePass, be
sure to spell it correctly, K E E P A S S.

Both the KeePass computer utility and the Mini KeePass app are free.

There has been some talk here of late re apps to store passwords; I forget
the names. Can someone recommend one? Thanks.
