Sandy, I like KeePass for keeping my passwords on the computer and the companion Mini KeePass app for keeping them on the iPhone. Although there is no automatic sync between the two, managing the process manually either through iTunes or Dropbox is not difficult. When searching for KeePass, be sure to spell it correctly, K E E P A S S. Both the KeePass computer utility and the Mini KeePass app are free.
