And, if row doesn’t work, use Vertical navigation. If that doesn't who up in the roter, you need to select it in the VoiceOver rotor settings. there's a rows option in the rotor. You have to ad it, but once you do, you can flick down to move down the rows of the table. I do this to read my local transportation company's route schedules. You do have to kind of memorize the column headers, unfortunately. Being that I do not have a table to read, and especially that I do not have the specific table you are wanting to read, I have no idea if this will work. Memorize what the headings for the columns are, then set the rotor to lines, and read it line by line. I wonder if this might work? There has to be a better way.
