It should save automatically, but try going to Settings iTunes and App Store. Sign in there, go back to the main Settings screen, go to iCloud, and sign in again. That should take care of it. Correct, except that for the iTunes and app stores you will need to enter your password each time you purchase something. Your Apple Id should already be there, but for security reasons any purchases including free apps do require your password. True. There is a setting in iTunes and App Stores settings that lets you set the time between password entries. For instance, I have mine set to fifteen minutes; anytime I enter my password to make a purchase, I can make any number of additional purchases within fifteen minutes without needing to enter my password again. Just something to look at while you are in the Settings anyway.
