Re: using the spectrum app on apple tv

Hi Larry,

If you are using Apple TV 4th generation and 4K remotes then using SIRI you
activate VoiceOver.
VoiceOver can also be turned on using Siri. Just hold the Siri button on
your remote, and then say “Turn VoiceOver on,” or “Turn VoiceOver off.”
To move between previous and next item simply brush your finger left or
right on touchpad.
The touchpad is the flat surface area towards the top of the remote; it’s
above the Menu and TV buttons. This is where swipe movements take place.
Use this button to select items by pressing down on the touchpad until a
click is felt and/or heard.

*A note on app navigation: Within the Spectrum TV app, pressing the Menu
button (top-left) acts as a “go back” button, where it takes you to a
previous item.*

*Hope this helps*

*Pramit*

RE: using the spectrum app on apple tv

2020-03-21 Thread Jim Fettgather
Hi Larry,

I love using the Spectrum app on the iPad or iPhone, it is wonderfully
accessible.

I still have the third generation Apple TV, do not have a fourth generation
Apple TV, but I found this article on spectrum.net that looked pretty good and
may be helpful.

Hope this helps

Subject: using the spectrum app on apple tv

I installed the spectrum app on the apple tv and it seems somewhat difficult to
use. Does anyone know of any documentation for the app especially documentation
for the voice over interface?
