As Kenny said, you need to create a radio station using the artist’s
name. Once the station is created and plays music from the artist and
adjacent artists, you can tune the station to play primarily songs
from that artist. Go to your Pandora app on your iPhone and open the
station, select crowd faves, and tune the station to another listening
experience.  I have a marshal Stanmore Voice with Alexa and adjust my
listening preferences regularly.
