Re: Aftershokz Bluez 2 suddenly stopped working

2014-11-05 Thread Alex Hall
I find that turning the headset off, charging it overnight, then turning it
back on usually fixes this.

 Hi all,
I've used my Bluez 2 for months with no problems. Tonight, the headset
suddenly got really broken up, as though I were moving out of range, though
my phone was in my pocket as usual. I turned the Bluez off and back on, and
it wouldn't pair with my phone. I tried pairing it from Settings, but it
immediately said it couldn't. I told it to forget the Bluez and then tried
pairing again, but that failed too. It is as though my Bluez suddenly
stopped being recognized. I'd rather not do a network settings reset, so is
there any kind of reset I can perform on the Bluez itself? If not, would a
network settings reset actually do any good, or is the headset broken in
some way? Any help would be great; I don't find the Bluez overly
comfortable, but I still use it most every day and would be quite annoyed if
it turns out to be a hardware problem. Thanks.
